With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, I have become a specialist in teaching yoga for fertility and pregnancy.
I know what you are going through.
I am on a mission to share the benefits and power of yoga to calm the mind and nourish the body, aiding the journey to parenthood.
A personalised approach
Everyone’s journey to parenthood is unique, and for many it is not as smooth as they would have expected. I offer a one of a kind approach to yoga, as I teach fertility yoga classes that are unique to you - whether you want to prepare your body for conception, optimally practice yoga during your cycle or if you are going through ‘formal’ fertility treatment such as IUI, IVF and/or ICSI . It’s hard to know what exercise is safe to do, and I will support you in this through online one to one classes. In-person group classes and workshops are also on offer in Bristol, where you can build a community of others to share and connect with. You are not alone.
